We’ve built our return and exchange process to be simple and supportive, just like a good friend would be.

Returns — Made Easy & Fair

You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Returns are processed as store credit (valid for 1 year) so you can shop again when you're ready.

We do not offer cash refunds, except in rare cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping is arranged by us — a ₹150 return fee will be deducted from your store credit.

If we’re unable to schedule a pickup at your location, you can self-ship the item. Just send us the tracking details.

Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we’ll issue your store credit within 2–3 working days.

Exchanges — Because Sometimes You Just Need a Different Fit
We understand how important the right fit and style are. If you’d like to exchange your order:

Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your product.

You can exchange for a different size or design (subject to availability).

We offer free pickup and shipping for your first exchange.

If the new product is higher in value, the difference will need to be prepaid (COD not available).

If it’s lower in value, we’ll send the remaining amount as store credit.

As always, the product should be in original condition with tags and packaging.

Refunds — When Something’s Not Right
We’re very sorry if you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order. We’ll make it right, promise.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with an image/video of the issue + unboxing video.

If your return is approved due to a wrong or damaged item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 7–10 working days once approved.

For all other returns, we offer store credit only.

Cancellations — We Get It, You Changed Your Mind

Need to cancel your order? No worries — just contact us before it ships.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll refund your full amount to the original payment method.

If it’s already shipped, we’ll refund once we receive the product back.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

Items bought during sale events, Buy 2 Get 1, or freebie offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.

Products bought from marketplaces like Myntra or Ajio cannot be returned/exchanged with us directly.

Small colour differences, fabric textures, and print irregularities are signs of handcrafted beauty, not damage.
